How do I pay?

Interac e-Transfer, through your own online banking. Three steps: place the order, we email you the recipient and the exact amount, you send the transfer with your order number in the message. We ship the same day payment lands. Unpaid orders release back to stock after 24 hours. We never ask for credit card numbers or crypto, and nothing cannabis-related touches a card statement because no card is involved.

Is the packaging discreet? Will it smell?

Plain box, no branding, no product names on the label, a generic return address, and everything inside is vacuum-sealed so it's odour-proof. It looks like any other parcel because it is any other parcel. The person at the front desk, your mailman, your mother: none of them can tell.

How old do I have to be?

19 or older, everywhere we ship. You confirm it at checkout with a required checkbox, and we verify ID on your first order. No exceptions, this is the one rule with no wiggle in it.

I'm new to this. How much should I take?

We can't tell you what a product will do for you, and we don't make effect claims. The standard guidance from Health Canada is start low and go slow. With edibles that means starting at 2.5mg THC or less and waiting, because they can take 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in, sometimes longer. With flower, start with less than you think. Are your products lab-tested? How do I know the quality?

What you get instead: real photos of the actual batch, a grade on every flower listing, THC content listed on the package where available, and ten years of customer reviews on the product pages that we don't edit. When a batch isn't good, we don't list it. The reviews are the receipts.

What if my order is wrong, missing something, or damaged?

Email us with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Wrong item and missing item claims are rare but they happen, we're humans in a warehouse, and we fix them.

Who sees what I bought? What happens to my information?

Your name and address go on a plain Canada Post label and nowhere else. We use your information to fill your order and, only if you opted in, to email you deals. We don't sell it, share it, or put the word cannabis anywhere a third party can see it. You can unsubscribe from marketing in one click and it doesn't affect your orders.

Do I need an account, or can I check out as a guest?

Is there a limit on how much I can order?
